Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product — instant-access digital services — we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. When you buy a dubaicv.app CV credit pack, you immediately gain access to the credits and all associated premium features including AI-powered CV generation, PDF export, ATS analysis, and more. Because this access is granted immediately upon payment, we are unable to reverse the transaction in most cases.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: You were charged but were unable to access or use the service due to a verified technical issue on our end, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
• Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount that does not match the plan price displayed at the time of purchase.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or a change of mind are generally not eligible.

To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include:

• The email address associated with your dubaicv.app account
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of the transaction date will not be considered.

dubaicv.app uses a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no renewal dates. You are only charged when you explicitly purchase a CV credit pack. Your credits never expire — there is nothing to cancel.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
