By creating an account or using dubaicv.app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

dubaicv.app is an AI-powered CV builder that generates tailored CVs for the Dubai and GCC job market based on user-provided profile data and job postings. The Service is provided "as is" and the output is AI-generated — always review your CV before submitting to employers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and profile.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits are prohibited.

• The Free plan provides 1 CV credit with all core CV features at no cost — no credit card required.
• Paid plans (Starter, Hunter, Elite) are one-time payments processed via Stripe.
• CV credits never expire. There are no subscriptions, monthly charges, or automatic renewals.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: unused CV credits, dissatisfaction with AI output, or accidental purchases. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review it at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to generate CVs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Use automated means to create accounts or bypass generation limits.
• Distribute or resell CV outputs generated by the Service without permission.

The CVs generated by the Service using your data are owned by you. The Service itself, including its design, code, and AI prompts, is owned by dubaicv.app and protected by copyright. You may not copy or replicate the Service.

CVs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or information that does not match your actual profile. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to any employer. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated CVs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dubaicv.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
